Seven years ago, I started Rogue Lab in a spare bedroom with $300 and a single hat heat press. No investors, no team, no big plan. Just figuring it out one order at a time. What began as late nights pressing hats and learning through mistakes slowly turned into a real decorated apparel operation built on production skill, better pricing, tighter workflow, and discipline. The audience grew. The brand grew. The shop grew.
Rogue Lab didn’t scale because of luck or hype. It scaled because I stopped guessing and started building systems. I learned how to price properly, install structure, protect margins, and lead a team without letting quality slip. The Rogue Academy exists to help apparel decorators scale with speed, avoid the pitfalls and learn everything that I've picked up along the way. Everything taught here comes from what’s been tested and proven inside my own shop.
